Position Profile | Technical Lead/ Team Lead

    Job Responsibilities:

    Work as the leader/Developer for multiple development teams; manage development and maintenance of healthcare software systems and lead communications and tracking with the development team in the US. You will employ cutting edge web-based and database technologies, while working with a team of dedicated developers in both India and the US.

    Duties will include:

  • Coding/Support and remedy work as Individual Contributor (.Net Technical Excellence)
  • Leading Software Developers team
  • Delivering high quality results
  • Assisting Project Manager in US and India
  • Working closely with teams with US leads to manage project goals and deadlines/Status
  • Using Agile/Scrum methodologies to produce value quickly and efficiently
  • Doing requirement gathering and converting them into HLD and LLD
  • Process Compliance/adherence
  • Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the application
  • Use the business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics
  • Design the application to meet the business process design and application requirements
  • Participate in quality management reviews ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements
  • Perform the detailed design of application and technical architecture components
  • Configure, build, code, and test the application or technical architecture components
  • Work with other team members to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
  • Follow coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding and security vulnerabilities
  • Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing
  • Testing software designs and solutions (including debugging and troubleshooting) and helping with environment migration & documentation (e.g. development to UAT to production)
  • Identify and review task risks, recommend and help implement mitigation and contingencies
  • Leverage India operations using the software to learn and teach the local development team on aligning the development cycle’s tasks to operational usage and impact. Beyond new development, also learning to translate operations support requests into concrete technical tasks
  • Qualifications:

  • B.Tech, B.E, M.E, M.Tech, MCA /BCA Any other graduation in a technical/data driven degree
  • Microsoft Certification (Preferable)
  • Professional Experience and Skill Set

  • Total 4-6 Yrs Exp (Required)
  • 1-2 years team leading Exp (Required)
  • 3-4 years good hands on in .NET technologies 2.0 or 3.5 and SQL Server 2000/2005 development experience in a commercial environment.(Required)
  • Minimum 1 year in Requirement Gathering and designing HLD and LLD Exp (Required)
  • Good Communication Skills (Required)
  • Experience of Product/Project development in web development (Required)
  • Knowledge of agile/Scrum development methodology and working with sprints (Required)
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems and being able to convert business problems into technical development tasks.(Preferable)
  • Health Care Domain knowledge would be an advantage (Preferable)
  • Database Troubleshooter(Preferable)
  • Knowledge of products like TFS ,Gemini , JIRA ,SharePoint etc (Preferable)
  • Technical skill Set

  • Expert level Web Development Experience: VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, User Controls, Web Services, OOP, Client Scripting , AJAX (Required)
  • JQuery (Preferable)
  • Very Sound Database Development Experience: SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Views, and Schemas (Required)
  • Dot Net Nuke (Preferable)
