Position Profile | Senior Executive – Administration

Job Description

  • Should have good experience in services like electrical, firefighting, air-conditioning and allied services.
  • Should be able to handle soft services like security and housekeeping.
  • Handling Cash, Statutory Requirements, Repairs & Maintenance, responsibility of Assisting the Management for all related issues, handling all admin related activities Follow up on the delivery and bills processing for payments
  • Should be able to generate the various reports, prepare the Preventive Maintenance Charts and maintain the AMC records of vendors.
  • Should be able to impart training to juniors.
  • Inventory management (Fixed Assets)
  • Handling the team of Facility executives, and technicians.
  • Ensuring a well-run general administration department providing services those are essential to the smooth functioning of the facilities.
  • Facility Management
  • Make monthly MIS & also keep track of administrative expenses.
  • Effective & efficient services of Communication, Office infrastructure support and housekeeping.
  • Managing Vendors and infrastructure.
  • Managing Security

Desired candidate profile

  • 3+ Yrs of relevant experience.
  • Must be a graduate.
  • Local resident.
  • Should have sound knowledge of the basics of administration and computers.

Indicated compensation:

    2.5-3.0 LPA CTC.
